Hi there! My name’s Johanna and I also play Ian Hanley. I’m fairly new to Tumblr-RP, but not to roleplay in general. I’ve been going it since 2006, and I’ve dreams of becoming an author, so this is a perfect opportunity for me to learn more about writing in general.
I love plotting, especially with Christy. She’s the character I’ve got most figured out, but if you feel like you’d rather have Ian, I’m all in. He’s my baby.

Biography: “I hate you, I hate you, I hate you, you hate me…” was a phrase that little Christy was often heard whispering, just out of earshot of her parents. To this day, she can be seen scowling in a cafe, refusing to tip the waiter. Perhaps it’s just the way Christy works — easily angered and almost always agitated — or maybe there’s an actual reason for her acting this way. Her parents, Cecil and Carol, tried to be good parents, they did, but their endless and ceaseless fighting took its toll on her. Why should she be calm when not even her own mother could go a day without fighting, right? Christy’s mother wouldn’t go a day without exploding at her, either. She was called Christina by her parents, and she now refuses to acknowledge that as her name. She is Christy now, like it or leave it. Although, she is liable to kick you if you refer to her by her old name.
Sometimes thought of just plain mean, she really isn’t that. She’s a fierce friend and is protective of her relationships and possessions. Trustworthy, but not trusting; she wants herself to known in this town as someone who can be whatever, and do whatever. Christy wants to be a singer, to get out of this stupid town and make a name for herself. She wants to see the world, be famous, have fans and friends, and sign autographs. As of right now, however, that’s not happening. But Christy is one to stick at it until she gets something done, and it seems like she’s going to be trying to make it big until she dies. Most are hoping she does become famous, however. Maybe that way they’ll finally be rid of her never-ending tantrums.
Personality: Angry and desperate for anything to keep her calm, Christy is a somewhat depressing girl. True, she’s fierce and energetic, and always confident. But what does that really matter when you’re as harsh as she is? Christy is compassionate sometimes — well, rarely, but she can be. She hasn’t had someone she’s considered a friend in many years, and longs for one. Just someone to talk to, share her thoughts with … everyone else has friends, why not her? That’s another thing that upsets her: not being included. However, in spite of her flaws, if given the chance, Christy really can be a good and true friend.
